Anj Popat is an Associate Director in Tile Hill’s Executive Interim practice. She leads a specialist team of consultants across the resources function that provides interim managers across finance, HR & OD, transformation, digital, strategy, legal, and policy roles, though her special interest is in HR. Anj has almost 12 years’ experience in executive level public sector recruitment. Her experience extends internationally, having spent time working with a global executive search and interim firm in Australia.
