Rob Bradshaw

Director, Gate One

Rob is a Director at Gate One and a Trustee for St Mungo’s, a leading homeless charity. He began his career in local government before moving into consulting, working for two of the ‘big four’ firms and joining Gate One in 2019. Rob has over 15 years’ experience delivering complex transformation programmes across local government, social care (adult /children’s) healthcare and central government.

Rob is passionate about making public services work better for people who rely on them the most and those that are most vulnerable. He thrives working with clients in integrated teams to solve problems and deliver meaningful change. Rob’s particular areas of expertise involve working across systems to align services, operating model design and implementation, customer experience and digital. His recent projects include developing a new customer operating model for a County Council and redesigning sexual violence services for victims across London
